As per the terms and conditions, any reference to “Us”. “We” or “Our” indicates Neo, including its subsidiaries, offices and associates, unless it is stated otherwise. These terms and conditions will govern all supply of products ordered by our clients through and on our website. By agreeing to order any product, you are agreeing to be bound legally by our terms and conditions.
For placing an order with Neo, you have to be over eighteen years of age. You have to possess a valid debit card or a credit card that has been issued by a bank that is acceptable to us or the medium should be in a position to make payments through the standard gateways or a PayPal account.
Cancellation by us
We may have to cancel orders if products are not available to us for any valid reason. In such a case, we will notify you and also return the payment made by you.
Cancellation by Customer
You can contact our customer service department when you want to cancel the order that you have placed. This would not be accepted after the product has been dispatched to you and when it is found to be non-faulty.
We offer a warrantee that the products as ordered by you will be delivered to you in an undamaged state and in the quantities as pr your order. These products are intended for use in accordance with the instructions set out on our site.
Neo accepts no liability for revenue loss, loss of contracts, business loss and operation time loss. It also accepts no liability for loss due to damage or data corruption or any kind of consequential or indirect loss. Such liability will be excluded regardless of whether it is known, foreseeable or otherwise.
Complaints and Guarantee Management
In case of complaints, it will be helpful if you describe the complaint accurately and give us copies of your order with the order number that is assigned to you while confirming your order.
Force Majeure and Circumstances beyond our control
We are not liable for any hindrance or breach resulting in delay in the performance of our order contract as a result of causes beyond a reasonable control including and not being limited to natural disaster or unavoidable incidents or actions pertaining to third parties.
